Community Action is a not-for-profit (PBI) community organisation based in Gympie (Qld) with registered charity and deductible gift recipient (DGR) status. We are a registered community housing provider with a mission to provide housing and support services in response to the needs of our community.
Our services include community housing, support services and accommodation for young people, support services and accommodation for women and children escaping domestic and family violence, financial counselling and multicultural services.

Position Vacant: Community Action Youth Service is currently seeking a Resource Centre Youth Worker. This position is a contract position until 30th June 2022 and is part-time (Tues-Fri – 30 hours/week). Click this link to find out more.
COVID-19: The health and wellbeing of our clients, visitors, contractors and employees is of paramount importance to our organisation. We have taken steps to comply with government regulations and minimise wherever possible any impacts on our clients, our services and operations. Most services are operating as usual from our office sites with social distancing and health and hygiene practices in place.
